Training
We realized long ago that no matter how amazing our products are, if our customers don't know how to use them it negates the quality of the product. So we provide our customers with excellent training.
The primary method of training we use is web-based interactive training. We provide each of our customers with interactive training sessions. During these sessions, we guide the customer through each screen of our software and show them how to use it by providing real world examples. Additionally, to back up the interactive training we provide a reference manual.
Continuing Support
Our support staff is available every day to attend to your needs. Similar to our training, we use interactive web-based software to provide support to our customers. Instead of describing your problems you can simply show us. This allows us to more quickly identify the issue and more importantly solve the problem.
